Job Description:

The Classroom Teacher will be a key member of the Primary School team, responsible for delivering the curriculum, placing students at the center of learning, and implementing age-appropriate, differentiated learning methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, adhering to the IB PYP framework.
• Commit to placing students at the center of learning, supporting their intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
• Implement age-appropriate and differentiated learning methodologies to cater to diverse student needs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and utilize advanced ICT skills.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and school activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in international school settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education.
• Native-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and advanced ICT skills.
• Awareness and respect for UAE culture.
• Advantageous: Experience with PYP curriculum or teaching EAL.
