Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the client onboarding process—coordinate requirements gathering, service setup, and smooth transition to delivery teams.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned clients, from sourcing and screening to offer management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on HR delivery, ensuring expectations are met.
- Collaborate internally to streamline operations and maintain recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support client-specific HR projects and provide insights on market talent trends.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Background in HR, recruitment, or client-facing HR operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an international environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR tools is an advantage.
