About the Role:
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact, managing the front-desk operations for the Al Marwan Group office, ensuring professional communication and smooth administrative flow in a corporate environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them courteously to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming calls, route enquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Coordinate front-desk logistics, including meeting room bookings and visitor sign-in procedures.
- Maintain a neat and professional reception area and ensure office supplies are stocked.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and support internal teams as required.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or similar administrative role.
- Prior experience within construction, heavy machinery, or real estate companies is preferred.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)—strong competency required.
- Strong telephone manner and excellent verbal communication/customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work calmly in a fast-paced office setting.
