Accountant – Ras Al Khor, Dubai, UAE | Holzcraft Machinery Trading LLC

About the Role:

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the financial workflows for a machinery trading company based in Ras Al Khor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks.
• Support VAT preparation and filings; ensure VAT records and invoices are compliant.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, vendor, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Work with ERP/accounting systems (Odoo/Tally/QuickBooks) to record transactions.
• Assist with audit preparation and provide required documentation to auditors.

Key Requirements:

• Audit firm experience is required (mandatory).
• Proficiency with accounting software such as Odoo, Tally, and QuickBooks.
• Solid knowledge of UAE VAT rules and local accounting standards.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple finance tasks accurately.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
