Store Manager – Al Ain, UAE | Chantelle (Liwa Stores)

About the Role:

Lead the Chantelle boutique at Bawadi Mall, Al Ain. This role requires managing all daily store operations, driving sales targets, and ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and premium customer experience in the lingerie and womenswear sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Leadership: Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, and high service standards.
• Sales & KPI Management: Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Clienteling & Customer Service: Build strong customer relationships and ensure high retention through personalized service.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results.
• Reporting & Administration: Oversee store reporting, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of store management experience in retail (ideally within lingerie, womenswear or premium fashion brands).
• Demonstrable experience working in the UAE retail environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, excellent clienteling, coaching ability, and a results-driven mindset.
• High standards of presentation, confident leadership, and customer-focused approach.
