About the Role:
The HR Manager will independently oversee end-to-end HR operations for a respected organization in the UAE, focusing on maintaining compliance, managing employee relations, and supporting organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Oversee onboarding, contracts, attendance, and HR record management.
- Policy & Compliance: Maintain and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to staff.
- Performance Management: Manage performance review cycles and coordinate talent development/training.
- Recruitment Support: Lead or support recruitment activities and coordination.
- Cultural & Language Fit: Communicate effectively with Tagalog-speaking staff and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR Manager role or equivalent.
- Fluency in Tagalog (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and UAE labour regulations.
- Proven ability to run HR operations independently and manage multiple priorities.
