About the Role:

Lupos Real Estate specializes in property sales, investment advisory, and off-plan projects, catering to international buyers across the UAE. The Broker/Consultant will focus on advising clients and closing sales of premium properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise international clients and close property sales across the UAE.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and consultations (in-person and online).
• Manage company-provided leads and maintain CRM records.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team success.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Fluency in English PLUS Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, French, or Spanish (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented.
