Store In-Charge – United Arab Emirates | Square Four UAE

About the Role:

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth material flow between the warehouse and project sites, focusing on inventory control, supplier coordination, and procurement documentation within the construction or MEP sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and update GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and keep system records accurate.
• Prepare and issue LPOs (Local Purchase Orders) as required.
• Generate and manage delivery notes for dispatch from store to site.
• Maintain monthly stock records and perform regular reconciliations.
• Conduct or support annual physical stock taking.
• Follow up continuously with suppliers to secure timely deliveries and maintain stock availability.

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

• Minimum 1 year UAE experience (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with inventory control and basic procurement procedures.
• ERP system knowledge is a plus.
• MEP knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, record-keeping skills, and ability to prioritize.
