Store Keeper – Dubai, UAE | Unigraf

About the Role:

Support Unigraf’s central production hub by managing store operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and guaranteeing smooth material flow to the production and logistics teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor inventory and stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock.
• Coordinate receipt of incoming materials and prepare items for dispatch.
• Post GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), maintain accurate records, and update inventory systems.
• Generate delivery notes and assist with material transfer documentation.
• Conduct monthly stock reconciliation and support annual physical stocktaking.
• Ensure proper storage, organisation, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Liaise with production, procurement, and logistics teams.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of storekeeping experience within the UAE is mandatory.
• Must be currently based in the UAE (Dubai preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
• ERP experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Immediate joining preferred.
