Senior Purchase Executive – Dubai, UAE | Lifenity International

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete procurement cycle for laboratory consumables, reagents, and equipment.
• Source reliable vendors and lead negotiations to secure optimal pricing and service quality.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with store teams to prevent shortages or delays.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders (LPOs) and contract documentation.
• Coordinate bike messengers for urgent sample pickups and time-sensitive deliveries.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with delivery standards.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in medical laboratories or healthcare supply chains.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and the ability to manage multiple vendors.
• Solid understanding of supply chain operations, pricing trends, and inventory workflows.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Exposure to logistics or rider coordination is an added advantage.
