About the Role:
Join the Audit & Assurance function at Sobha Realty to help strengthen internal controls, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and support enterprise risk management across the organization in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review vendor payments and broker commission transactions to validate accuracy.
- Prepare audit reports, present observations to stakeholders, and follow up on remediation.
- Plan and execute audit procedures, documenting workpapers in line with professional standards.
- Identify control weaknesses and recommend process improvements to reduce risk.
- Participate in special investigations and targeted audits (fraud and compliance reviews).
Requirements:
- B. Com / BBA in Finance or Accounting (CA Inter is an advantage).
- 5–8 years’ practical experience in audit, accounting, or risk management.
- Strong auditing skills with experience in risk identification and control assessment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to SAP and data analytics tools is desirable.
- Good communication skills and ability to engage with business stakeholders.
