Job Description:

The Assistant Procurement & Logistics Manager will support procurement activities, supplier coordination, logistics handling, and inventory control to ensure smooth operational workflow. The ideal candidate will contribute to strengthening purchasing efficiency and logistical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing high-quality printing materials.
  • Coordinate shipments, customs clearance, and logistics flow.
  • Monitor inventory levels, plan replenishments, and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and prepare detailed procurement reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience in procurement and logistics, preferably within the UAE market.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
  • ERP system experience is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks.
