Job Description:
The Receptionist will manage front-desk operations, greet clients, coordinate appointments, handle inquiries, and support veterinary or grooming teams to ensure smooth client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients promptly, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Answer phones, handle enquiries, and manage appointment bookings accurately.
- Maintain reception area standards and assist with basic administrative tasks.
- Liaise with veterinary or grooming teams to coordinate client arrivals and departures.
- Help manage customer records and follow up as required.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker (European nationality preferred).
- Minimum 1 year experience in reception or customer service roles.
- Comfortable and confident working around animals in a pet care setting.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
