Quantity Surveyor – Dubai, UAE | Ginco Contracting Co. LLC (GCC Interiors)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare precise quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and variation claims.
• Use PlanSwift and AutoCAD to extract measurements and verify quantities.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams to reconcile materials, deliveries, and costs.
• Maintain accurate records of measurements, unit rates, and material specifications.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 1–2 years’ UAE experience in quantity surveying within interior fit-out or related sectors (mandatory).
• Proficient in PlanSwift and AutoCAD for quantity takeoff.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of interior fit-out materials and measurement conventions is an advantage.
