Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the UAE, from job posting to offer stage.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and selection criteria.
- Post vacancies, manage inbound applications, and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
- Maintain the ATS and candidate records.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with UAE labour laws and internal policy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in the UAE (Mandatory).
- Fluent in Hindi (Mandatory).
- Must currently be based in Dubai.
- Strong familiarity with major job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Experience with ATS platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
