Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Design: Design and deliver soft skills, leadership, and role-specific training programs that are practical and results-oriented.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions.
- Facilitation: Facilitate engaging sessions both in-person and online; create course materials and workshop guides.
- Effectiveness Measurement: Measure post-training effectiveness via assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and adjust programs accordingly.
- LMS Support: Support the administration and content updates of the LMS and other digital learning tools.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with department leaders to align learning initiatives with performance objectives.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in corporate training, L&D, or a related role.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills to engage diverse groups.
- Proven curriculum design experience.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, assessment tools, and reporting best practices.
- A proactive, learner-focused mindset with the ability to drive measurable learning outcomes.
