Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Team Lead – Dubai, UAE | Fidelity United

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the AR/AP team, fostering operational excellence.
• Credit & Risk: Design and refine credit policies; perform comprehensive credit assessments, set limits, and actively manage customer risk.
• Operations: Oversee AR, AP, and Treasury operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Cash Flow: Monitor bank balances, manage inter-account transfers, and contribute to cash flow forecasting.
• Process Improvement: Drive system upgrades and process improvements to boost efficiency and internal control.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

• Extensive experience in credit management, AR, AP, and treasury (preferably in insurance or financial services).
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong analytical ability and in-depth knowledge of credit risk and collections frameworks.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP/accounting systems.
