Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition: Acquire and develop relationships with construction, manufacturing, and facility-management companies.
  • Sales Cycle: Drive the sales pipeline from lead generation through conversion and client onboarding.[Image of a B2B sales pipeline stages]
  • Client Engagement: Conduct on-site meetings and product demonstrations for the Labor Camp Management SaaS platform.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (product, ops, implementation) to ensure smooth activation and customer success.
  • Strategy: Monitor market trends and gather insights to inform strategy and product enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, facility management, or construction technology.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Comfortable conducting field visits and meeting clients on site.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in PropTech, HRTech, or early-stage SaaS startups.
  • Familiarity with labor camps / staff accommodation operations.
