Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisition: Acquire and develop relationships with construction, manufacturing, and facility-management companies.
- Sales Cycle: Drive the sales pipeline from lead generation through conversion and client onboarding.[Image of a B2B sales pipeline stages]
- Client Engagement: Conduct on-site meetings and product demonstrations for the Labor Camp Management SaaS platform.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (product, ops, implementation) to ensure smooth activation and customer success.
- Strategy: Monitor market trends and gather insights to inform strategy and product enhancements.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, facility management, or construction technology.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Comfortable conducting field visits and meeting clients on site.
- Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in PropTech, HRTech, or early-stage SaaS startups.
- Familiarity with labor camps / staff accommodation operations.
