Commis Chef — Mexican Cuisine – Dubai, UAE | Kitopi

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing traditional Mexican dishes, ensuring recipes and presentation meet quality standards.
• Support senior chefs with daily kitchen prep, mise en place, and cooking tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, following food safety protocols at all times.
• Ensure correct storage and handling of ingredients to preserve quality and reduce waste.
• Contribute to efficient service operations, maintaining a smooth workflow during peak periods.

Requirements:

• Practical experience in Mexican or Latin American cuisine (Mandatory).
• Strong passion for cooking and eagerness to learn and develop.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, multicultural kitchen environment.
• Immediate availability or ability to join on short notice is preferred.
