Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication & Filing: Manage incoming and outgoing official correspondence (paper and electronic); maintain an orderly filing system.
- Coordination: Arrange meetings/appointments, prepare agendas, and record accurate minutes.
- Front-Desk: Welcome visitors and manage phone and email enquiries professionally.
- Documentation: Create and design clear, visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint; assist in preparing management reports.
- Records: Maintain well-organized administrative and confidential files.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in secretarial or administrative support roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English (Mandatory).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform under pressure while safeguarding confidentiality.
