HSE Officer – Abu Dhabi, UAE | ZenerFire

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine site inspections and HSE audits to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and recommend control measures.
• Support incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and preparation of corrective action plans.
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and HSE training to site personnel.
• Monitor compliance with permits, PPE use, work-at-height, confined space and other critical procedures.
• Maintain HSE records, prepare reports, and liaise with project teams.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Proven 3–5 years’ experience in HSE roles within construction, fabrication, commissioning or oil & gas sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Ability to work on-site, engage with multi-disciplinary teams, and enforce standards consistently.
