Purchase Officer – Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, UAE | Galaxy Poly

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable lead times.
• Raise and follow up purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support procurement planning to align purchases with production schedules and inventory needs.
• Negotiate terms and prices with vendors while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular status updates for management.
• Use MS Office tools to prepare reports and track procurement KPIs.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
• Organised, commercially aware, and comfortable negotiating with vendors.
• Possessing a UAE driving licence is a plus.
