Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally and ensure quick, helpful responses.
- Support day-to-day communication tasks, including coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across phone, email, and other channels.
- Assist with routine communication tasks and support simple campaign or messaging activities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service or client-facing experience preferred.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
