Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer service operations for freight forwarding clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Manage client inquiries, track shipments, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth logistics processes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, shipment statuses, and service issues.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships.
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
