Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch.
- Support daily R&D operations, including trials, recipe formulation, and documentation.
- Lead the development and rollout of new SKUs, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare, maintain, and present technical reports, trial results, and analytical documentation.
- Work closely with production teams to transfer R&D outputs into scalable manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Hotel Management, Catering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to trials.
