R&D Executive – United Arab Emirates | Al Kabeer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch.
• Support daily R&D operations, including trials, recipe formulation, and documentation.
• Lead the development and rollout of new SKUs, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare, maintain, and present technical reports, trial results, and analytical documentation.
• Work closely with production teams to transfer R&D outputs into scalable manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Hotel Management, Catering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to trials.
