Accountant – Dubai, UAE | Heidelberg

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Work within the SAP system to post transactions, prepare journals, and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to follow up on outstanding payments and disputes.
• Prepare periodic reports on receivables aging and cash inflows for management review.
• Assist with month-end close activities and support internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Commerce.
• Minimum 5 years of Gulf experience with a strong focus on receivables management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients.
