Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and high service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.
- Prepare and process Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and handle vendor invoices accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen/operations teams to forecast demand and prevent stockouts.
- Resolve supplier issues quickly and ensure smooth procurement workflows.
Requirements:
- UAE work experience is mandatory (experience can be from any industry).
- Prior exposure to restaurant procurement is a plus but not required.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing paperwork (LPOs, invoices) and basic procurement systems.
