Purchasing Executive – Dubai, UAE | Kulcha King

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and high service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.
• Prepare and process Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and handle vendor invoices accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen/operations teams to forecast demand and prevent stockouts.
• Resolve supplier issues quickly and ensure smooth procurement workflows.

Requirements:

• UAE work experience is mandatory (experience can be from any industry).
• Prior exposure to restaurant procurement is a plus but not required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing paperwork (LPOs, invoices) and basic procurement systems.
