Finance Manager – Dubai, UAE | S.S. Lootah Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements, management reports, and KPIs to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor spending, manage cash flow efficiently, and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Assess potential investments and business opportunities, providing data-driven financial evaluations.
• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team, promoting performance excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial management or a comparable leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• *Nice-to-Have:* Master’s degree or professional certifications such as ACCA or CMA.
