Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct welcome, follow-up, and renewal calls with members.
  • Monitor, track, and actively improve member retention rates and satisfaction.
  • Manage reminders, process membership renewals, and reconnect with expired members.
  • Gather member feedback and enhance the overall member experience.
  • Assist Front of House operations during busy periods.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retention, sales, or CRM (Fitness/Hospitality advantage).
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive personality with a passion for fitness and customer service.
