Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct welcome, follow-up, and renewal calls with members.
- Monitor, track, and actively improve member retention rates and satisfaction.
- Manage reminders, process membership renewals, and reconnect with expired members.
- Gather member feedback and enhance the overall member experience.
- Assist Front of House operations during busy periods.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in retention, sales, or CRM (Fitness/Hospitality advantage).
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive personality with a passion for fitness and customer service.
