Civil Site Engineer – Abu Dhabi, UAE | Jaralla Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities as per approved drawings and specs.
• Monitor project timelines and manage work schedules for timely milestone completion.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during the construction phase.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of proven experience specifically in villa or residential projects.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with project management tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
