Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new clients across the UAE market to drive revenue growth.
- Present and pitch company services effectively to high-level decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key client accounts.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven background in business development or field sales, specifically in the UAE.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Motivated by targets with a focus on long-term relationship building.
