🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial operations of the catering unit, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and detailed financial reporting for management review.
• Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize food and labor expenses.
• Ensure all financial records align with UAE accounting standards and local regulations.
• Support business decision-making through rigorous financial analysis and trend monitoring.
• Oversee audit preparations and ensure smooth internal financial controls.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience in finance or senior accounting roles within catering or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT, accounting standards, and financial compliance.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on detail and organizational excellence.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.
• Immediate Availability is a strong advantage.
