Senior Planning Engineer – Dubai, UAE | AIMS HR Ease FZCO

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling: Develop, monitor, and control baseline and updated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze S-curves, manpower histograms, and cash flow forecasts.
• Risk Management: Track progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and develop recovery and mitigation plans.
• Delay Analysis: Conduct forensic delay analysis and prepare claims to protect company interests.
• Reporting: Generate detailed project reports and provide technical insights for stakeholder meetings.
• Coordination: Ensure seamless alignment between site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience, specifically on buildings with 40+ floors.
• Software: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Strong background in delay analysis and claim preparation.
• Availability: Only immediate joiners currently in the UAE will be considered.
