Fashion Technologist (Abayas & Dresses) – Ajman, UAE | Posh Abaya

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Patterning: Support the design team by creating and adjusting digital patterns using CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, CLO3D, etc.).
• Technical Documentation: Assist in developing accurate measurement sheets, grading rules, and simplified tech packs.
• Fit & Quality: Collaborate with sampling and production teams to verify fit accuracy and resolve construction issues.
• Sample QC: Conduct thorough sample checks and maintain a meticulous log of changes, corrections, and pattern revisions.
• Library Management: Maintain a structured and organized digital library of patterns and size specifications.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Certification in Fashion Technology, Pattern Making, or Garment Construction.
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in garment production, sampling, or pattern development.
• Software Skills: Working knowledge of CAD tools like Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, or CLO3D.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of fabric behavior, stitching techniques, and modest wear construction.
• Language: Must be fluent in Hindi and/or Urdu (Required). English proficiency is preferred.
• Location: Ability to reliably commute to Ajman or relocate before start date.
