Ladies Garments Factory Manager (Abayas & Dresses) – Ajman, UAE | Posh Abaya

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Production Leadership: Lead and deliver all daily production activities, ensuring flow from design to finishing.
• Resource Allocation: Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads for tailors and helpers to maximize output.
• In-line QC: Oversee rigorous in-line Quality Control to ensure every garment meets brand standards.
• Workflow Coordination: Synchronize efforts between the design, cutting, and finishing departments.
• Performance Tracking: Use production management tools to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues.
• Efficiency Management: Monitor material usage and minimize wastage while maintaining a clean, safe production floor.

🔹 Requirements:

• Specialized Experience: Minimum 4 years specifically in Ladies Garments (Abayas and/or Dresses).
• Managerial Depth: 5+ years of experience leading the full production cycle in a factory setting.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in fabric types, trims, and specialized Abaya finishing techniques.
• Systems Proficiency: Ability to use production or task-tracking tools/software.
• Communication: Fluent in Hindi/Urdu (Required) and Advanced English (Preferred).
• Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to Ajman or relocate before starting.
