Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Relations: Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming, empathetic environment for all patients.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently manage scheduling and coordination for multiple medical practitioners.
- Communication: Handle professional inquiries in person and via phone, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.
- Clinic Operations: Support day-to-day administrative tasks including accurate filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- System Management: Utilize HIS (Hospital Information Systems) and MS Office to maintain precise patient records.
- Team Collaboration: Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow and clinic efficiency.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within a clinic or medical center.
- Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HIS software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and high-speed accurate typing.
- Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with a calm demeanor in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy in managing sensitive patient information and medical records.
