Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Front-Desk Operations: Manage the patient reception area, providing a welcoming and supportive first point of contact.
- Patient Scheduling: Efficiently handle appointment bookings, cancellations, and reschedules via phone and in-person.
- Patient Handling: Assist patients with registration forms, insurance documentation, and general clinic inquiries.
- Call Management: Answer and direct incoming calls professionally while addressing patient needs or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient files and ensure the front office remains organized and efficient.
🔹 Requirements:
- Background: Prior experience as a receptionist in a medical centre or clinic is a strong advantage.
- Visa Status: Candidates holding their own valid visa (Residence/Husband/Father) are preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional patient interaction.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional patient-handling abilities with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Task Management: Proven ability to multitask and manage administrative tasks under the pressure of a busy clinic.
