Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for project contractors, ensuring seamless correspondence and technical alignment.
- Document Control: Manage the submission, tracking, and approval cycle of tender drawings, contract documents, and technical material requests.
- Records Management: Maintain a rigorous, auditable system for physical and electronic project records, including sensitive financial data.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare official project correspondence and provide accurate data for periodic management and budget reports.
- Financial Support: Assist with budget forecasting, expense tracking, and year-end financial closing/asset capitalization reports.
🔹 Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: More than 5 years of professional experience specifically within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Project Background: Solid understanding of FEED and EPC project workflows and documentation requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in document management systems (EDMS) and professional reporting tools.
- Coordination: Ability to manage stakeholders between offshore and site-based project teams.
