Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Coordinate tasks and projects across multiple business locations to ensure administrative consistency.
- HR & Personnel Coordination: Handle employee change-of-status forms, recruitment requests, and liaison with the personnel office regarding residence matters.
- Logistics Management: Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and visa processing for team members.
- Document Control: Prepare official correspondence, manage data entry, and maintain a high-standard filing system and data logs.
- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate corporate meetings, training sessions, and internal business events.
- Office Management: Manage stationery requirements, office supplies, timesheets, and all related administrative records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role.
- Communication: Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet-based tools.
- Organization: Exceptional planning, multitasking, and time-management abilities under tight deadlines.
- Local Knowledge: A good understanding of the wider UAE corporate and labor environment.
- Mindset: Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
