🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Coordinate tasks and projects across multiple business locations to ensure administrative consistency.
  • HR & Personnel Coordination: Handle employee change-of-status forms, recruitment requests, and liaison with the personnel office regarding residence matters.
  • Logistics Management: Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and visa processing for team members.
  • Document Control: Prepare official correspondence, manage data entry, and maintain a high-standard filing system and data logs.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate corporate meetings, training sessions, and internal business events.
  • Office Management: Manage stationery requirements, office supplies, timesheets, and all related administrative records.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role.
  • Communication: Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet-based tools.
  • Organization: Exceptional planning, multitasking, and time-management abilities under tight deadlines.
  • Local Knowledge: A good understanding of the wider UAE corporate and labor environment.
