Junior Estimation Engineer – Abu Dhabi, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for precast construction works based on project specifications.
• Quantity Take-offs: Perform detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
• BOQ Preparation: Develop comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for precast project tenders.
• Technical Analysis: Analyze construction drawings and technical specifications to provide precise cost data.
• Software Utilization: Use Excel and specialized estimation software to maintain and update project cost records.
• Project Support: Assist the senior estimation team in project planning and cost control activities.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in precast estimation works.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading construction drawings and understanding technical specifications.
• Software: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and estimation tools.
• Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately.
