🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Support daily human resources activities and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including visa-related documentation and new-hire orientation.
  • Inter-Branch Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for HR tasks and internal communication between branches in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and KSA.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR processes and employee relations are in full alignment with UAE Labour Laws and internal company policies.
  • Administrative Support: Manage employee-related inquiries and provide administrative assistance to the regional HR management team.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an HR role within the United Arab Emirates.
  • Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE labour laws and standard HR documentation procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Visa Status: Priority will be given to candidates holding their own valid visa.
  • Availability: Candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal communication abilities.
