🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute organizational strategies to improve operational efficiency, market share, and long-term profitability.
  • Operations Oversight: Lead end-to-end construction operations, ensuring multiple project sites meet strict deadlines and quality benchmarks.
  • Commercial Management: Oversee budgeting, cost controls, procurement strategies, and contract administration to maintain healthy margins.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and UAE government authorities to ensure smooth project approvals.
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce full compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and international construction quality standards.
  • Team Mentorship: Manage and develop senior leadership teams, including Project Directors and functional heads, to foster a culture of excellence.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; an MBA is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience within the construction sector, specifically in the UAE or GCC markets.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of UAE project management, FIDIC contracts, and commercial governance.
  • Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage high-level stakeholders.
  • Decision Making: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainable business growth.
