Fit-Out Site Engineer | Dubai, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee all interior fit-out activities, including joinery, flooring, partitions, and MEP coordination.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure all works are executed according to approved shop drawings, project specifications, and BOQs.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary link between contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Quality & Safety: Monitor site activities daily to maintain strict quality standards and full compliance with UAE safety regulations.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed daily/weekly site reports and progress updates to the project management team.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify technical bottlenecks on-site and implement effective solutions to prevent project delays.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, and high-end execution processes.
• Drawing Interpretation: Expert ability to read and work from complex architectural layouts, shop drawings, and BOQs.
• Residency: Only candidates currently residing in the United Arab Emirates will be considered.
• Availability: Immediate joiners will be given significant preference.
