Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment by managing job postings, screening CVs, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Employee Lifecycle: Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
- HR Documentation: Prepare official HR letters, internal memos, and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- PRO & Operations: Coordinate visa processing, medical tests, and insurance documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Payroll & Attendance: Manage attendance records and provide accurate monthly inputs for payroll processing.
- Office Administration: Handle facility management, stationery procurement, vendor relations, and overall office logistics.
- Employee Relations: Assist with grievance handling, engagement initiatives, and the implementation of HR policies.

🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR and Admin roles within the UAE.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of UAE Labor Laws, MOHRE regulations, and visa procedures.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HRMS software.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse staff levels and external authorities.
