Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Lead sales activities for fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, valves, piping, and emergency lighting systems.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Proposal Engineering: Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals ensuring alignment with client specifications and budgets.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all proposed systems strictly adhere to UAE Civil Defense (UCD) regulations and international standards.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and assist with critical payment follow-ups.
- Project Lifecycle: Manage the sales process from the initial inquiry stage through to final order confirmation and successful closing.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: At least 7+ years of progressive sales experience specifically in firefighting and fire protection systems within the UAE.
- Standards Knowledge: Strong expertise in UAE Civil Defense standards and products with UL/FM approvals.
- Network: An established and active network of contractors, consultants, and key project stakeholders across the UAE.
- License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for client meetings and site visits.
- Attributes: Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
