🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients using a structured sales-driven approach.
  • Lead Conversion: Effectively pitch company services, identify client needs, and convert leads into actionable business opportunities.
  • Objection Handling: Navigate client hesitations and handle objections professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate call logs in the CRM and perform consistent follow-ups on warm prospects.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily call volumes and monthly sales targets.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Mandatory prior experience in outbound telecalling or telesales roles.
  • Mindset: A strong “hunter” mindset—self-motivated, performance-driven, and resilient under pressure.
  • Communication: Exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Target Focused: Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with aggressive sales targets.
  • Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working Monday to Saturday from the DSO HQ office.
