Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients using a structured sales-driven approach.
- Lead Conversion: Effectively pitch company services, identify client needs, and convert leads into actionable business opportunities.
- Objection Handling: Navigate client hesitations and handle objections professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate call logs in the CRM and perform consistent follow-ups on warm prospects.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily call volumes and monthly sales targets.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Mandatory prior experience in outbound telecalling or telesales roles.
- Mindset: A strong “hunter” mindset—self-motivated, performance-driven, and resilient under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Target Focused: Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with aggressive sales targets.
- Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working Monday to Saturday from the DSO HQ office.
