Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through professional networking, industry referrals, and lead generation.
- Client Consultation: Meet with potential clients to understand their vision, functional requirements, and budget for residential or commercial spaces.
- Solution Pitching: Present the company’s portfolio and propose tailored interior and fit-out solutions that align with client expectations.
- Proposal Coordination: Work closely with the design and technical teams to prepare accurate quotations and detailed project proposals.
- Conversion & Targets: Transform qualified leads into confirmed projects while consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Account Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Project Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers and coordination.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the interior design, fit-out, or UAE real estate sectors.
- Soft Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to selling.
- Technical Awareness: A basic understanding of interior design terminology and fit-out execution processes is an added advantage.
- Mobility: A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred for client site visits and networking events.
- Mindset: Target-oriented, highly self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
