Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Drive the sales of aesthetic solutions including exosomes, injectables, fillers, and advanced laser equipment across the UAE.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and penetrate new market segments by building relationships with aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and specialized centers.
- Product Education: Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals to highlight product benefits and clinical efficacy.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share in the aesthetic medical sector.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term connections with existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
🔹 Requirements:
- Language: Arabic Native Speaker with fluent English proficiency is mandatory.
- Experience: Proven sales experience specifically in Exosomes, Injectables, Fillers, or related aesthetic medical equipment.
- Network: An existing network of contacts within UAE aesthetic clinics and hospitals is highly advantageous.
- License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for clinical visits and fieldwork.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE healthcare landscape and aesthetic market trends.
