Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Welcome: Greet guests professionally and manage all check-in and check-out procedures with precision.
- Reservations Management: Handle room allocations, reservations, and ensure all system updates are accurate within the Property Management System (PMS).
- Concierge Services: Respond promptly to guest inquiries, provide local information, and resolve concerns to ensure an exceptional stay.
- Inter-departmental Liaison: Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams to facilitate special guest requests.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments accurately, handle foreign currency exchanges if required, and maintain organized financial records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a multilingual advantage.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera or Oracle is a major advantage.
- Attitude: Professional appearance, positive demeanor, and a natural passion for service excellence.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays as per hotel operational needs.
