Commercial Manager (Aluminum & Glass) – Ras Al Khaimah, UAE | Quantum Industries

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Leadership: Manage the end-to-end tendering process, from initial inquiry and estimation to the final submission of technical and commercial documents.
• Contract Negotiation: Review and negotiate complex contract terms, focusing on payment cycles, variations, penalties, warranties, and liability clauses.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor actual project costs against approved budgets and manage cash flow planning and detailed financial forecasting.
• Variation Management: Proactively identify, prepare, and submit variation orders and change requests to ensure project margins are fully protected.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess commercial and contractual risks early in the project lifecycle and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors during high-level negotiations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Industry Expertise: Proven commercial management experience specifically within the Aluminum and Glass Facade sector.
• Contractual Knowledge: Strong understanding of FIDIC or similar construction contracts and UAE-specific commercial regulations.
• Soft Skills: Advanced negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills to drive business development.
• Mindset: Results-driven with a high degree of commercial acumen and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
